Without any doubt, the complexity of the proposed program, very large for the site, influenced the organization of the building and distorting the usual scheme of Palacios of creating a central space: the hall of stairs as the central core of the building. Indudablemente, la complejidad del programa propuesto, enorme para el solar, influyó en la organización del edificio, desvirtuando un tanto el esquema habitual de Palacios, de disponer un espacio central, el hall de escaleras, como columna vertebral de todo el conjunto. Nevertheless, the same compactness of spaces and functions gave the opportunity to Palacios of picturesquely developing the formal organization of the building and creating a pyramidal building where several parts with the multiple functions. Sin embargo, la misma compacidad forzada de espacios y funciones dio pie a Palacios para desarrollar pintorescamente la ordenación plástica del edificio, creando un edificio apiramidado en el que se individualizan y acusan diversos cuerpos pertenecientes a las múltiples funciones. The distribution responds to a skillful organization of the different rooms with different programs within an structural tripartite scheme repeated in different levels. These three parts corresponds to the staircase hall which is transformed into a living room, the theater and the saloons that face Alcala Street. La distribución obedece a un hábil acoplamiento de distintos locales, pertenecientes a muy diferentes usos, dentro de un esquema estructural tripartita, mantenido en las diversas plantas. Estas tres partes son las correspondientes fundamentalmente al hall de escaleras, que se transforma en salón, el teatro y las salas de estancia, vertidas a las galerías de la calle de Alcalá. This was already usual in Palacios architecture but in this project, the program is shown within a compact and monumental image with a pyramidal distribution.
