The building is made up of volumes that reveal the programmatic differentiation, generating a rectangular floor plan with interior courtyards open to the façade. There is a clear differentiation in the volumetric and constructive treatment between the bodies containing the classrooms and administration (articulation of differentiated volumes), and the workshop area (extensive and homogeneous prism), arranged in a longitudinally ordered sequence. This fact is accentuated by the location of the main entrance at the point where the two functions connect, creating a transversal linear vestibule that makes them completely independent. The treatment of the roof of the workshops stands out as a grid of pyramidal skylights. Destaca el tratamiento de la cubierta de los talleres como una retícula de lucernarios piramidales.
