The subdivision, instead of scattering innumerable little houses upon this magnificent terrain formed of hills and valleys, provided for four large buildings with common services, each one housing 300 families. In this way the site is entirely safeguarded. It is arranged in parks for sports and walking; dams create swimming pools in the small valleys.
