The emphasis may be on European burial cultures, but the scope is nevertheless quite wide – including sepulchral rites from far-flung corners of the world. For instance, the "Dia de los Muertos" or 'Day of the Dead' on the 2nd of November is celebrated at the museum too (see Mexico ).
